A timeline of the systems, technology and quality investments that shaped Plunco into a specialist plunger and cooler manufacturer.

2024

CRM customer management, proposal and order tracking introduced. SMB robotic-arm automatic CNC machine added.

2023

Dual-turret SMB CNC with laser cutting and in-process measurement added. Incoming material control strengthened with the GNR S1 Minilab 150 spectrometer. ISO 22301 established.

2022

Smart production-tracking software introduced, connected to Micro ERP. ISO 37001 established. A second ViciVision laser system added.

2021

Micro ERP integrated into the factory. ISO 14001, ISO 10002 and ISO 45001 management systems established.

1996–97

ISO 9001 Quality Management System established.

1995

Plunco begins operations in the glass-industry mould and component sector.
